June ChristyはStan Kenton楽団の専属シンガーでした。そのせいか、Pete Rugoloの高踏的な編曲をものともせず歌うことができました。このLPは編曲が夫君のBob Cooper(1925-1993)ということもあって、やや安易な感じがしないでもありません。編曲もややポピュラー寄りかなという感じがします。
