この年は３つのグループによる演奏で、JamSessionというわけではありません。そのぶん、意外性を求める面白さはほとんどありません。唯一Frances WayneをEllington楽団が伴奏したC4が珍しい取り合わせでしょうか。D面はこのコンサートとは関係ない他のV-Diskからの収録です。司会がOrson Welles (1915-1985)で、聞きやすい英語で説明してくれるのは有難いです。それがカットされずに収録されているのは素晴らしい。
